President Trump and Nancy Pelosi went at it today over infrastructure and investigations. Sen. Schumer tagged along too. Apparently President Trump was pretty peeved during his press briefing he held in the Rose Garden today at the White House following the event.
President Trump said that he would like to do "infrastructure", even more than the Democrats, cause that's what he does, but he is no longer willing to deal with Democrats when just prior to their long scheduled meeting on infrastructure the Democrats held a meeting on impeaching the President.
The Democrats have been calling for more investigations into POTUS in an effort to keep him continually off balance and unable to fully function as President. 81 investigations have been called for by the liberal left House Congressional members since Mueller released his report, apparently without the results they were looking for. So, Democrats want to re-investigate what Mueller and 13 "angry Democrats" already investigated.
Trump has had enough. He spoke about that today in the Rose Garden and said you can have "investigations, or investments", telling the Democrats to knock it off and do the work of the country, but you can't have both. President Trump is refusing to move forward with any dealings with the House Democrats until they decide to let further investigations go.
Nancy responded in typical fashion. Unable to determine if she was drunk or her dentures were coming lose, it was difficult for her and us to figure out all of what she was trying to achieve with her retort. You'll just have to watch the video below to see if you can figure it out.
